Working on Victims' Rights in Wisconsin

Welcome to our weekly blog, where we’ll keep you updated on our efforts and let you know how you can help. In fact, as we’ve been talking with people across the state about the victim rights movement, that’s been a persistent question – what can I do?

The short answer is a lot. Just as a victim’s voice is a crucial part of the criminal justice process, the voice of any Wisconsinite who feels passionately about victims having equal rights is a crucial part of our effort.

This is a conversation we’re having all across the state with victims, their loved ones, concerned community members, victim advocates, law enforcement, experts, and policymakers.
