Marsy’s Law Collaborates with Exposed The Podcast Foundation for a Silhouette Art Display at the #LETHERLIVE 5K Run/Walk in Milwaukee

Vibrant red silhouettes will soon grab the attention at Milwaukee Veterans Park. Marsy's Law for Wisconsin and Exposed The Podcast Foundation will display the silhouette art features on Saturday during Exposed The Podcast Foundation’s #LETHERLIVE 5K Run/Walk to help raise awareness of crime victims’ rights in Wisconsin.

The silhouettes will highlight some of the rights included under Wisconsin’s crime victims’ rights constitutional amendment known as Marsy’s Law, such as the right to privacy and the right to restitution. The silhouette’s powerful imagery reminds our community that victims and survivors of crime walk among us relatively unseen.

The display will be held in conjunction with EXPOSED the Podcast Foundation’s #LETHERLIVE 5K Run/Walk. You can learn more about the event here.

Natalie Hayden and LaVerne Badger, the Founders of Exposed the Podcast and Nela Kalpic, Outreach Director for Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin, will all be available for interviews on October 8 upon request.
