Introducing Marigrace

I’m Marigrace Carney and I’m the new Field Representative for Marsy’s Law!

I graduated from UW Madison in May 2017 with a major in Life Sciences Communication with a certificate in Global Health. I started volunteering at DAIS earlier this year and developed a passion for helping victims. When I heard about Marsy’s Law, I knew I wanted to be involved.

I am an aspiring lawyer with an interest in Family or Criminal law, and love being able to talk to people about the work Marsy’s Law is doing. Victims’ rights are so important, especially victims of violent crimes, but I feel like they are not fought for as much as they should be.

I am so excited to start my journey with Marsy’s Law and spread the word about its great cause.
