Introducing Jayden

My name is Jayden and I am a new fall intern at Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin! I am currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison pursuing a major in Psychology with a Certificate in Criminal Justice. I will be graduating in May and hope to continue my education in graduate school.

At Wisconsin, I have had the opportunity to take classes that discuss Civil Rights and advocating for rights. I have always been interested in the intersection of Psychology and Criminal Justice and believe that Marsy’s Law offers a great opportunity to pursue this. I have the unique opportunity to hear stories from victims of crimes while gaining support for the cause through attending events and contacting legislatures.

I believe that victims of crime should have equal rights in the Wisconsin Constitution. At Marsy’s Law, I am able to see the legal process in action and observe change taking place. Working to stand up for victims is very empowering and I am eager to help Marsy’s Law.

I am very excited about spending my semester with Marsy’s Law, helping with the cause!

Sincerely,

Jayden
