Fun at the State Fair
The Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin team had a great time over the past couple weeks attending the Wisconsin State Fair and speaking to fair attendees about the importance of Marsy’s Law and what it means for the state of Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin State Fair is one of the biggest events the Dairy State has to offer and is always one of the highlights of our summer. We got the opportunity to meet Wisconsin residents from all walks of life, including many victims of crime and victims' advocates. We're so grateful to all the folks that took the time to stop by our booth, ask questions about victims' rights, and share their incredible stories of survival. We're also so excited to have gotten hundreds of new signatures on our victims' rights petition!
We especially appreciated the help from all of our wonderful volunteers at our booth! A special thanks to Amy, Angela, Cheryl, Gaby, Hannah, Jack, and Lynn for helping out! Marsy's Law for Wisconsin is so lucky to have the greatest team of supporters.
